IC Rated Air Tight Shallow Remodel Housing for use with CFL rated four inch trims. Small sized downlight is compact enough to fit in 2x6 joist installations, allowing these to be used in "shallow" such as multi-story dwellings or where attic space is used for storage. Features: IC Rated, suitable for direct contact with insulation. Accommodates surface thickness of up to 1". Clips allow for easy removal of housing. Rated for brand and chain wiring. Energy Star qualified. Certified Air Tight per ASTM E283.
